As part of the Responsible Finance through Local Leadership and Learning in Rwanda program, SEEP and AMIR are committed to working with all the stakeholders that can contribute to the scaling of consumer protection practice in the microfinance sector. We identified the various roles and functions in the sector and their constraints in supporting the program's agenda, and used this information to develop the program's results chain or Theory of Change. This document follows depicts the Rwandan market system for client protection and its main constraints, and the program results chain.
