During this SEEP PLP in "Putting Client Assessment to Work," grantees focused on three major categories of client assessment: market research, client monitoring and impact assessment. The practitioners funded through this PLP have improved their understanding of clients and markets as well as implemented changes in their operations, systems and strategies to encourage innovation within their organizations. The USAID-funded PLP led to the following learning product "Client Assessment in Conflict- and Disaster-Affected Environments: The Experience of Action Contre La Misère in Haiti."
