Focusing on Savings and Loan Groups, this paper explores what factors contribute to social and financial impact on group members. Group continuity is also examined, to understand what motivated group members to continue to save and lend after the first cycle is completed. Through our local partners, the Jordan Valley Links project supported the establishment of over 500 groups, providing almost 10,000 individuals with access to finance.
