Hosted by the SEEP Network, the Markets in Crises Community of Practice (MiC) is a community of over 2,500 practitioners engaging with markets in crisis contexts. We share ideas, experiences, resources and learnings with the aim of improving market-based programming in emergency, recovery and development contexts.
The community is supported by a dynamic Advisory Committee comprised of thought leaders working at the forefront of market-based programming.
The SEEP Network is delighted to announce the appointment of the new MiC Advisory Committee, for a two-year term, from 2021 to 2022. The incoming Advisory Committee represents a breadth of experience in market-based programming – from Buenos Aires to Kampala, and London to Beirut – specializing in cash and voucher assistance, food security, financial inclusion, livelihoods, employment and the facilitation of multi-stakeholder partnerships.
The Markets in Crises Community of Practice is made possible by the generous support of the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
