Strengthening the Economic Potential of the Ultra Poor (STEP UP) was a SEEP learning community that emerged from the Poverty Outreach Working Group and sought to expand and improve opportunities for the poor to prosper with the help of appropriate financial services and improved access to markets. STEP UP maintained a dynamic resource library of nearly 150 publications and also hosted a webinar series focusing on financial inclusion to the disabled and extremely poor.
