SEEP, with funding and support from Citi Foundation, invested and strengthened 12 national and regional microfinance associations covering nearly every corner of the world. Over the course of the four-year grant period, the participating networks added 300 members, 18 million clients and $13 billion in portfolio. The performance of the participating networks can also be demonstrated in new programs, policies and services developed over the course of the grant. These include:

• A new microfinance law in Russia
• Credit bureau for microfinance in Pakistan
• Development of new insurance, credit and savings products implemented by networks in several countries
• State of the sector reports covering regions and countries
