48-Hour Assessment Tool: Food Security & Livelihoods in First Phase Emergency

This resource provides summaries of emergency food security and livelihood assessment tools for the first phase of an emergency. The tools were collected from thirty two huminatarian response organizations and include a description of the tool's uses, components, and operational requirements. The tools are designed to inform responses for multiple areas relevant to food security and livelihoods such as food production, food access,nutrition, diet, health, gender, farm and non-farm income, and value chains and market systems.
