Objectives
• Build capacity of two regional networks in their efforts to provide network-strengthening services to country-level networks.• Deepen lateral learning between networks as a key strategy for network strengthening. LLNS will accomplish this goal through action research and peer-learning activities that develop and transfer knowledge on network best practices.
Components
• Network capacity assessments to provide customized institutional diagnostics and a baseline study that measures network institutional development over time.• Network institutional strengthening services.
• Collaborative learning activities such as network working groups, global network summits, technical resource development and dissemination, and Web-based forums.

The LLNS Project is funded by USAID-PVC's NGO Sector Strengthening program. The program aims to help local indigenous non-governmental organizations (NGOs), networks, and intermediate service organizations (ISOs) become more efficient and effective in the delivery of development services.
